Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक योग्यता)
- Degree: Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctorate Degree from a recognized University in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Medicine (MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BAMS, etc.) OR equivalent qualification recognized by Central Govt.
- Training: Completion of training specified by the Food Authority in a recognized institute (Training to be provided post-appointment).
- Language: Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matriculation or Higher Education.
